Hello Everyone! I like to keep my promises so I am here with a close comparison of Maybelline Fit Me Matte Poreless Foundation Vs MAC Studio Fix Foundation. MAC studio fix has been my favorite since the longest time. It is a very popular foundation among makeup geeks. When Maybelline launched its Fit Me foundation, there was buzz that this is a cheap dupe for MAC studio fix. I like to check things on my own before making any claims. So I compared both of them and came up with the results.

This affordable foundation is quite lightweight and easy to blend. It provides light coverage that can be built up to medium. Fit Me foundation hides hides pores and light spots. It is great for combination to oily skin types. It gives a beautiful matte finish and lasts for about 6 hours. This is has no yellow or orange undertones.

MAC Studio Fix fluid SPF 15 facial foundation

Price- Around INR 1900 for 30 ml

This one is thick and makes skin look flawless. It has good coverage which is not at all cake-y and gives a beautiful glow to my face. One layer of this foundation provides medium coverage which can easily be built to get full coverage. It lasts easily for 12 hours. There is a yellow undertone in my NC 42 shade.

Price: First of all, obviously the Maybelline one is really affordable.

Coverage

MAC studion fix provides medium to full coverage while the Maybelline ones is for light to medium coverage.ﾃつxA0Now Maybelline foundation has no undertones so it cannot hide pigmentation that well. This can be a good thing for girls who feel that MAC studio fix makes them look orange. The orange tones of MAC help in covering pigmentation well.

Texture and Finish

Maybelline Fit Me foundation is matte and hides pores which makes it a winner in this department. This liquid foundie is so lightweight that you will not feel that you have anything on your face. MAC studio fix is also liquid but is slightly thicker. It gives glow to face.

MAC one is slightly cake-y compared to the Maybelline one which gives really smooth, satiny finish.

Staying Power

MAC studio fix lasts for at least 12 hours while Maybelline Fit Me starts fading after 6 hours.

MAC has SPF value of 15 which is a help when you wear it during day time but SPF 15 is definitely not enough. Maybelline Fit Me has no SPF.

I would say that Maybelline Fit Me foundation is great for everyday wear while MAC Studio Fix is my favorite for special events.
